So what's the scoop on Chapel Rock you want to know? Well it's fun, a fantastic learning opportunity, fun, a memory making place, fun, unforgettable, oh and did we mention fun? There are camps for all ages this year (see's Bee's recommendations below) so there is a time and place for everyone.

Get your registrations in early (right now while you're thinking about it would be good) before all the spots fill up. If you are worried about money, don't be. St. Luke's has a great scholarship fund to send St. Luke's kids to camp. Get your registration form into Chapel Rock along with your deposit. Send Bee an e-mail at beesena@gmail.com about your scholarship need or talk to her at church during coffee hour. Our goal is to have all our kids go at least one week each summer. What a deal!

For all the details and registration forms you will need to follow this link to the chapel rock website: www.chapelrock.net. There is more than one choice for many of the age groups, so before you go, you may want to read through the following list of Bee's recommendations for different ages:

Jr. High and High Schoolers: June 13 - 19: Chapel RockS! (it really will)
Come, have fun, and experience camp with all your St. Luke's buddies and all your friends from past Chapel Rock camps too.  The following week, come back to St. Luke's pumped and ready to serve in a Hometown Mission June 21st - 26th.  And because you just love Chapel Rock so much, High Schoolers, consider a second week at camp at W.I.L.D. and Jr. Higher's go to Creative Licsence July 4 - 10th.

3rd - 6th grade: June 27th - July 3th: A Safari to Pride Land
Three reasons to pick these dates...1) your little sib can go the same week and you can show them around (but don't worry, they'll have their own cabin and their own things to do) 2) it's when the rest of your St. Luke's buddies will be there, and 3) Ms. Bee is going too...oh and one more thing, who wouldn't want to have fun with our favorite characters Timon and Pumba and Simba too!

Kindergarten - 2nd grade: June 27th - July 3th: ABC (Ankle Biters Camp) + Mini-Camp
If you missed it last year, you definitely won't want to miss this year's new and improved version of ABC camp for parents to experience with their children, followed by Mini-Camp, a 3 night perfect introduction for your child to chapel rock.  What fun!
